The announcement regarding the Crazy franchise's revenue for the quarter will be released post-quarter. Easter will most likely delay this announcement to Friday the 6th or Monday the 9th of April.
The announcement is very exciting with my estimation of revenue for the franchise being around $2,500,000.
We may see a rally over the next few days into the 7-8cent region and I would expect a $2.5 million revenue announcement would push it above 10cents. 10 cents gives a market cap of $49 million. A market cap of $49 million with over $2.5 million in quarterly revenue would still be cheap.
Based on an average across the micro and small cap stocks, market cap per $1 million revenue should be around $62 million (lots of stocks are valued higher than this with $0 revenue, especially mining stocks and pot stocks). Therefore on $2+ million in quarterly revenue a fair market cap would be around $130 million, giving a share price of $0.26 (26 cents)!
Back in 2014 it took from June 18th to July 11th to move AB1 shares from 5 cents to 27 cents. This represented an increase of 22 cents or 440% over 23 days, or 4 trading weeks.
After the revenue announcement for the Crazy Franchise and then the quarterly, if the share market has any sense, it shouldn't take long for 26 cents to be a reality.
