    Any Potential rivals have to pay the for the no-shop clause and a premium on the current offer. Although 28 bucks per share seem cheap, you have to let the other side of this deal to earn some instant discount.

    Any higher prices seem to be more risky with a treatment might not last for more than 10 years.

    This is my thought any way.
