After today's performance of leading gold stocks and the breakout in the gold price last night we may be moving more quickly than I thought towards 'the popularisation of gold' ... when that happens it will be the 'gold rush in earnest' era and even die hard sceptics will rush to join the party. And when that happens smart players will unobtrusively start unloading.
It will be a game of 'musical golden chairs' - eventually.
