interesting news certain parties have been named although this will be awfully murky for some while

they might be circling but that is not to say CNP will be eaten in whole or part by these people

CNP will be circulating false information as well to try and draw out more interest.

I would be a little concerned about the remaining time frame ie Feb 15th to satsify debt holders.

although i am sure if a deal was set in concrete they were happy with,they would wait but CNP are under the pump and everyone knows this as well.

i hope it doesn't fail for the sake of the broader market implications
