Do Santos have their own rig, or are they waiting for CIGs to finish first? They will use Caspians rig anyway I believe, for some of their work. The farm in details seem complicated, but basically Santos are farming in as operator and Caspian get 20%. Although drilling dose not seem to be planned for several more months.
This is a slow job. The winter weather seems to have put a big drag on the work.
If nothing else it has improved my geography, as I'd never heard of the Kyrgiz Republic before. According to Lonely Planet, the scenery is magnificent but the winters are diabolical !
