I think that if you look closely at the constitution of the proposed board of Greeninvest, neither Galbally, Kirwan or Lunt will be Directors, just the main shareholders. What a convenient outcome for them. So the company will be promoting the investment opportunity to the broader investment community with Mr Davis Galbally, a very reputable individual around town and others that I do not know.
So they may just get there shareholder spread afterall!
