The greatest problem faced by men working in primary schools is the bullying by females in positions of power.

There seems to be a direct link between women in power and the propensity to exhibit narcissistic and sociopathic traits to all including other (subservient) women.

This became evident to me from the early seventies when women were given preference over men getting promotions.

When I started teaching, 60% of primary school teachers in NSW were male. When I retired the figure was just 6%. Does anyone wonder why?
