The indemnification was paid for certain potential losses related to the disposition.

It had nothing to do with their Athena contract that was terminated after 3 wells in Angola instead of 4.  COP paid OceanRig USD43mil. COP's withdrawal & asset writeoff's from Angola is under arbitration with Sonangol with the UNCITRAL.
