That was definitely during the build phase. Murrin was one of the last union controlled construction sites in WA. Got really bad at one stage when unions weren't getting what they wanted so people started to claim about maggots in the food from mess. Murrin when I was there was one of the best messes in the goldfields and no-one complained about the food.
