They sold in Jan-16 also. Would mean a huge tax bill if those shares issued were classed as income bonus shares. So I think they were always going to sell some more. The timing I think was just unfortunate for them - but you have been on the money with a few other of your posts so maybe you are right!
I think someone else will be in charge by the next AGM - Hopefully at which time we will be extremely cash flow positive (not just the AEM peanuts) and having someone with more knowledge in the aerospace industry at the throne.
