In my experience, it doesn't end well for minority shareholders between 50.1% to 90% after takeover. SBL and KRL were examples of previous stocks that were partially taken over (between 50.1 to 90%).

Both companies were in their infancy of mining operations and were making money when they were taken over. The minority shareholders never got to see any returns after the take over was complete. KRL is still trading but tis a sad looking sight.
