Note 21 (page 46) of the 2017 FY Financials (1st post on this thread) contains plenty of information on Share based payments.

Loan is interest free. Vested ESP shares range from 66c to $1.76. At current SP, there is no point in employees buying the shares. But if/when the SP recovers, there could be a ST profit for some of them, particularly the 700k+ parcels at 66c/77c.

Maximum ESP shares in previous 5 years limited to 5% of SOI. Didn't see how much quota is available but with 457m SOI, 5% ~ 23m shares, so based on the information in Note 21, it seems there is some headroom.
