No disrespect. I'm simply trying to understand the rules that apply. As I said "to the people moaning" - I am happy to believe the official interpretation is as you say. There is something in the ASX rules I cited earlier that seemed to suggest information released that results in a price movement above 10% is automatically considered price sensitive, and below 5% it is automatically considered immaterial. In the zone between it is grey. But, as I also pointed out earlier, the ASX is not reported to have issued the aware notice that would be involved if leaking of market sensitive information was the concern. I think you'll find we're both arguing the same side here.
