Of course, in a way it is only a storm in a teacup, and it will blow over.

However it highlights one major thing:
the management is not keeping the market and the shareholders properly and timely informed.

My preference would be for ASX to suspend the trading, until we have the JORC and JV announced - that way we will not need be annoyed by the capping, and other stock manipulation that has been going on here. Straight to 50c+ I say.
