IMO opinion this signals that the submission to Niti is not actually going ahead and that we are poised for a signing in Australia in Early May. Budget time in May so all the Pollies will be in Canberra. Pretty good timing to show our Indian friends the Nations Capital and get a few of our hanger-on Pollies to roll in for a signing ceremony?? To me the announcement on Thursday was confirmation that Niti is off. Otherwise, why hasn't Niti been mentioned since the announcement 20th December?
