To clarify, the Offer closes 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 6 April 2018. Postal acceptances would need to allow for delivery times.

Per First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement:

"Mitsui announces that it will not extend its Offer unless Mitsui’s interest in AWE shares exceeds 50.1% prior to its scheduled close, being 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 6 April 2018 (in the absence of a competing proposal).

Mitsui also confirms that the Offer Price of A$0.95 per share is final and will not be increased (in the absence of a competing proposal)."
