Papers , from the very beginning will tend to extenuate the negative and upscale the positive. What paper told you to buy PDN at 0.01 or FMG at 0.05 ? Pay peanuts (price of a paper ) -get monkeys.Not a criticism , just...reality .You get what you pay for.
Think for yourself What are the benefits/negatives to more /less hedging ?We have certainly witnessed some negatives lately with big hedging contracts.
Do i expect the U.S. rates to drop further than the AUS rates increase , leading to a net benefit to cnp by less hedging ? (I certainly do , and thus my bemusement at sheep-like superficial sensationalist articles and posts. )
