dave, I said before that I hold bot AGM and ZFX and, I can assure you that I would not, under any circumstances let ZFX have my shares in AGM for that ridicoulous offer.

Production witn AGM will most probably start in the next few months, and form then on, if what has been stated here many times already is true, the sky is the limit.

I will not let ZFX get my shares unless they will come back with an offer of between $1.50 and $2.00. Better still, all a scrip offer, so I can defer the gains and don't have to pay any Capital Gains Tax on the profits.
