Holders seem so excited about overseas expansion into the USA but to be honest any compamy i hold that goes for an overseas expansion particularly in the USA makes me extremely nervous......
.Many ASX companies are tatooed with the same brand.....ie FAILED US EXPANSION.

In simple terms it generally costs massively more capital than is first thought to make a sucessful overseas expansion.........i actually can't think of any who have made a sucessful expansion as a service business..........Only sucessful overseas businesses on the ASX are companies that sell a product not a service.......likes of CSL COH etc. And a specific product with large patents, not generic junk like bunnings uk tried to do

As a rule of thumb, the locals know the workings of the local economy far better than the overseas guys do
