I accept pretty much everything you have said in this post, except - Playing with semantics still does not help you explain how something as incredibly complex as a self replicating organism can come into existence by naturalistic processes.
How do we separate naturalistic processes from the act of Creation? You can't! If God Created everything it would also include naturalistic processes. He Created nature so natural order is part of the whole.
Now science is the only tool we have by which to enter into an understanding these processes which you have no choice but to agree, they were put in place by your God.
Therefore if God is changeless and God is Creator, then Creation itself is also without beginning and Creation takes place via natural order. No accidents, no chaos, just the unfolding of greater states of perfection over time which as you have stated means nothing to a timeless God.
