Lol so true and exactly my impression when he said : "old guy" i told myself what the hell is he talking about ? I dont see an old guy i rather see a craftsmanship full of energy and so excited to get the mine on and working ! Those grey hairs if anything are the signs of skill wiseness and experience. Impressive stuff what you can do in africa with the right management and guidance. Malagashy peoole should be proud of Bass Metals success and welliness to bring on and develop local expertise rather than import everything including people like most foreign companies do !
