I believe the company when it says that the MPA is an agreement that, if signed, will allow the company to negotiate funding to construct a small-scale R&D project. People should read the factual parts of the announcements not just the glossy opinion bits and stop getting carried away with fantasies about news headline signing ceremonies, $500m MCs by xmas, and global rollouts. Get a grip.
