Think about it, middle east turmoil, Nigeria on the brink, Pakistan about to fold the 'Coalition of the Brave', Saudi doing what they do. 2008 will be a strong year for quality oilers, thats a given. WPL and BHP will be targets imo so in a bid we see a $100 BHP and a $115 WPL ??? Food for thought as world politics and unstable sovereign risk dictate t/o targets.
