    you think paying $400million for something worth $13Billion like AVB is worth is BAD,lol

    Look at NKP, the chinese (surprise surprise) are wanting to pay $60million for a platinum mine with $50BILLION worth of metal.

    yes, being a pleb at the bottom of society is great fun, we are all only a bit better off than slaves now days.
