Theorising is good! Research is better, but this is just finger in air:
I was in the process of posting exactly that estimate. I am not going to do NPV calcs here but assuming the deal is worth US$33M - call it AU$40M between friends ;)

Current debts ~AU$23M

Assuming EU Hodxxx (keyboard cant cope) worth much more than that (and it is)

Then this deal has to put AAE fire sale value at nearer AU 18c. Lets hope it doesnt come to that.

Any thoughts?!
