True, even with markets closed some statement of intent could have been issued.
True, company is probably worth NTA right now (or less, gulp), and there is the rub - what is it worth?
Quite a bit more than close of 5.4c. My sums say 18c - but DYOR!

I will hold, long term, and will continue to do so while there is still a business.

But I am not prepared to pay for Peter and board to sit and ponder the next move whilst also grabbing 12% on a loan secured against solid assets.

We need an update on NTA before this deal goes through. The statement issued today was lacking in almost every respect.

If anyone here is a holder, then it is entirely reasonable to discuss other options, after all, they work for us!

I am not here as a day trader but have long term goals. One of which is galvanising small holders (like me) to take a more active role in governance - dont like it, change it!
PPS. Am I missing the point here? Pls advise.
