My sources tell me that Agri will be debt free after the sale, own assets in Australia and Europe and will have a NTA of around $0.40cents per share. My source also tells me that by Agri selling the American assets alleviates many risks associated with the Bio-Diesel industry in the USA and was the best interests of shareholders. I have also been told that the sale price just about recouped most of the cost of the Beatrice Plant.

I have decided to hold until after the sale and will support the sale as a shareholder.
