I am surprised that:
1. she is still employed by the Company as an "Executive Director" when she has another business on the side she manages - how can you manage two startups unless you are Elon Musk?
2. How come they are not considered related parties when it comes to voting? She can vote on giving her partner performance shares, he can vote on her giving her pay rises, sounds dodgy to me
