I think we should demand a better explanation from Peter. The onus lies on the management to demonstrate that this is the optimal outcome for SHAREHOLDERS.
15 million over 5 years, should cover management's wages? I agree, lets liquidate this thing rather than have some sneaky management buyout of the only asset that actually exists.
Peter needs to do some explaining asap
