So, the biggest shareholder wanted to artificially keep the price low. Sure that makes sense. Private equity companies are all about trying to lower their exit price silly me.
Also, you are aware that Black Rock can only sell if someone is willing to buy? If there were more buyers than sellers, the price would go up. Simple supply and demand. For this share, the demand wasn't there. This idea of a conspiracy that an investment group would somehow in the shadows do all it could to limit its own profits is absurd.
