How do you determine limited productivity? Do you know what effort is given to achieve the success that they have. (What - success!!) Who does the work? Do they have a cast of thousands running around or is it a small junior mining exploration company that does most of the work in house due to the broad experience of the minimal staff they employ. Most juniors outsource the work as accountants, bankers etc. sit in the hot seat. In this case I think you will find that the person sitting in the WCN hot seat has done most of the geological work, planning, etc. as well as the promoting, marketing, site supervision, with little or no assist from others. He has streamlined the process from what I can see to minimise costs to shareholders of whom he is also one. Success should be measured in historical and current outcomes in Kyrgyzstan and the current potential in WA with the recent Cobolt discovery. Yes - discovery. These tenements have been obviously carefully accumulated over some years due to foresight from current and previous management. Months of compiling historical data would have gone into realising the potential of these areas. As luck would have it they have control over land which possibly contains the most recent minerals to hit the flavour of the month list. This kind of investment is high risk and outcomes are never assured. They can only drill and see what's in the dirt. Most important to remember is that drilling holes and all other associated tasks are expensive - very expensive. I suggest if anyone is interested in throwing their hard earned into this play they should put any hard questions directly to the person most slammed on this forum and hear for themselves what he has to say.
