“The 10 kg Mutooroo sulphide ore sample provided to COB, for testing via its proprietary cobalt recovery process, came from Mutooroo reverse circulation drillhole MTRC044”



MTRC044 recovered economic ore over the interval 78 to 109 metres (or 31 metres).

Its average grade was 1.71% Cu and 0.18% Co over those 31 metres.

10ppm=10g/T
100ppm= 100g/T
1000ppm=1kg/T

Highest cobalt hit at MTRC044, over the interval 78 to 109 metres, was 5,050ppm;

5,050ppm equals 0.505% cobalt; or

5.05 kgs of cobalt per tonne.

If COB testing of Mutooroo sulphide ore by the end of April 2018 shows positive results, it provides the basis for possible future co-operation between HAV and COB on a wide range of activities, including the marketing of cobalt sulphate concentrate.

Notes for MTRC044 assay results:
1. Drill holes were sampled using three metre composite grab samples in visibly weakly mineralised sections and one metre riffle split samples in strongly mineralised intervals.
2. The samples were analysed by AMDEL Laboratories in Adelaide, South Australia.
3. All samples were milled in a LM5 pulveriser to a nominal 90% passing 106 microns and an analytical pulp of 250g was taken from the bulk sample. A 0.2g subset was then digested using a HF digest and the solution analysed.
