Why was Golden Koala Infant Formula opportunity missed by AHF?

Why was this opportunity missed? by the AHF board? & AHF punters on HotCopper? but was picked up by a Coal & Biofuel Company JAT - JATEMERGY LTD?

28Dec2017 JAT buys 51% Golden Koala Infant Formula Brand.

If Golden Koala has been selling into China for the past 7 YEARS (online & in store) &

a former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, has promoted Golden Koala, &

Golden Koala recieved 2 awards from the Mininitry of Commerece of the Peoples Republic of China in 2012 & 2013

then shouldn't this be visible to those wanting to expand into infant formula & to export to a growing market? (as a bolt on aquisition to AHF?)

It's a real shame that with all the great commentry by AHF share holders over time on Hotcopper, that this Golden Koala Infant Formula Brand wasn't flagged to AHF BOD.

Double shame that the AHF BOD couldn't have bought into Golden Koala Infant Formula business instead of JAT & be selling Infant Formula to China straight away, than having to wait years from now to market organic infant formula.

I've been a holder of AHF since 7Jun2014

Back in 6Aug2014 JAT was about Jatropha oil biofuel & in 4Dec2013 about Coal Mining.
