You need to do your homework Mal. I agree with you that Austar paid 3.5 million but that doesn't mean its not worth 20 million. The price tag of 20 million comes from this announcement (suggest you read it if you haven't already)

In this announcement it clearly states that the cost of building the plant was circa 20 million.

I would rather have shares in AUL with a processing plant at the ready than just an explorer with holes in the ground. Production imminent with refurbished plant.
