These shares sold for tax purposes - that's fair enough.

On the upside Frank Poullas - He just keeps digging into his pockets and buying. Rarely see that from Directors on the same scale from other Graphite companies. Level of commitment by Frank P is outstanding. At least the market knows he has the utmost belief in MNS and is prepared to put his money on the line... unlike some Directors on other Graphite companies.
