I could be wrong, but is it true that JORC is not necessarily of interest to Chinese companies? Yes it is used quite religiously, but as it is an Australian code, it may not necessarily be of any value to the Chinese? My point being, we may not necessarily have to wait for JORC before entering any JV or TO? I'm not saying this is the case, but just a suggestion
