mechanically if it resorbs then what will hold the breast up?
i totally understand the mechanism of action in wound healing for btm but for a long term mechanical support of a breast/ hernia afainst gravity/ straining you need collagen anchored to strong tissues.
how will the absorbable matrix achieve this?
