from a single holders point of view( small parcel compared to company) it would be foolish to sell below market!

But what is the mindset of the large shareholders ( besides jinc)eg top 20 shareholders
how do you value a very large parcel of shares that basically cannot be traded simply " On Market "

Remember these are just questions as i am trying to understand m&a in the market
