This is absolutely surprising to me. I would have thought it would be the other way around? TAW making a bid for AMAL.
Maybe they want the new company to be the only SGX listed Lithium producer instead of the one in many on the ASX?
What does this mean for us as shareholders? Unless they have dual listing?
