Last I checked the CEO of Amal was terminated and are still looking for someone else. I can't see Amal leading the merge and buying taw scrip. TAW are operators of bh and doing a fantastic job with MC etc at the helm. Most likely a small cr to appease someone and a dual listing on asx and sgx of an enlarged entity.
