    If (and that's a big if) it is indeed a takeover, expect a low-ball. I'd be surprised to see it over 3c and almost certainly not exceed 3.5c.

    Looking at the valuation table in the article, it's at 3.7c. However, assuming that the $83m debt has been paid off, that adds another 0.9c, which takes it to 4.6c. Some are saying 10c minimum. Is that realistic?
