- They are trying to pump the SP using announcements that really dont say anything or embellishing numbers, to do a cap raise so they can continue to get paid very high salaries
- There is very little corporate governance in the company
- It is all being managed to benefit related parties
- The app is not working
- Company insiders frequent this forum to defend the company
