Your are correct Michinyon. The comment earlier in the thread is a classic example of investors just grouping all property trusts in the same category as Centro and various scaremongering going on. The reality is some trusts are doing a good job with adequare interest coverage and debt ratio's, along with quality assets where rents and property values are rising. Checkout RJT aswell, no problems there too.
