Did I miss anything or ACCC has done rubbish job to my understanding? Allowing the takeover proceeding, Saputo will sell Koroit to another company in a specified period and ACCC has to approve that? So what if Saputo can't find proper buyer in time? ACCC will stop the takeover by then?
