yep, looks like TAW got the short of the stick.
and it seems the deal came out of the blue, gives the impression that their management did not explore other options.
whereas, AJM has been more forthright with their holders, and showing us that they're not giving up without a fight. The opponent has been pretty tenacious and ruthless, I think.
