I think ya ya may be referring to a rumoured 'disgruntled former director' who may be dumping.
If as you say the Cairn hill project is worth 40c PS before production, it would seem there are a couple of large holders depressing the share price.
Its a frustrating stock this one. Can get sold down on low volume. I thought these Cairn Hill announcements would be the catalyst for a re rating, however it seems some know better.
