Pretty good imo, but a very non technical assessment from the Ninja.

Mine roads are often stage developed like that, with planned upgrades as bigger, heavier fleet might be required.

Total weight is not the issue. The number of axles, wheels per axle, tyre diameter, tyre width, tyre pressure etc are the vehicle issues that impact on road performance.

When you get into road structure, grades, materials, compaction and drainage it becomes a bit more complex.
