Yes they can advise and I think is a great strategy to increase voting rights. Apparently we are on the market now with J&R’s initial offer, and with Southern Ridge final results imminent (and a photo of the exploration drilling rig with Lithium spewing out), that attracts interest! With this backing only a superior offer would be put to shareholders. Whatever anyone says, these guys don’t get involved unless big stakes are at play, just how it is.
