    Chops you tried to take credit for that back when it happened and when I pointed out VRE is falling with the general market and provided correlation between market movements and VRE movements starting from the initial subprime fallout you provided BS nonsensical posts to save face but eventually gave up and disappeared.

    Now the guy is once again trying to take credit for it. What a hero!!!
