Ok then a stab a a resolution.

I believe the opening offer was just that an "OPENING" offer
( valued soley on the current market situation and the CURRENT state of the company)
The hardest part of the equation is valuing unknowns
Will ZFX take the plunge and increase the offer without more conformation from the upcoming drilling program?
Who knows?
But I believe(personal) that a takeover of this comany with the cash and the capabilities of increasing production/exploration without debt in the current climate
should be seriously considered!
